Relationship psychotherapy for couples and individuals

"There is a difference between living and being alive.  We are meant to feel aliveness, to be alive, to restore life on the earth, and to breath life into the others."

Esther Perel

Relationships can be very challenging. When relationships get difficult, many couples wonder. Do we really belong together? Are there things you would  like to talk with your partner about but you fear an argument? Are you experiencing a loss of intimacy and closeness?

Not getting along with your partner can make you feel very frustrated and lonely.

Couples therapy provide effective ways to repair and improve your relationship.

I can help you learn to communicate, break repetitive negative cycles, heal from betrayal or resentment, increase intimacy, and bring you and your partner more contentment and joy. Improving your relationship will take dedication, focused effort and consistency of everyone involved. But it can be done.

In order to begin to heal a fractured relationship, we have to change old thinking patterns and replace them with ones that are healthy and beneficial to our own well being, and that of our partner. We can see it as well as a unique opportunity to help you expand your understanding of yourself. Heal your past traumas, set healthy boundaries, find new ways how to love yourself as well as reconnect with your partner. How to develop understanding and insight, forgiveness and compassion and work towards getting the love and spark back into your life and relationships.
